Pink Hills of Ca by Claire Whitehead is a soft, dreamlike landscape with a winding path that pulls your eye through rolling hills and a line of deep, shadowy trees. The painterly brushwork keeps it loose and airy, giving the scene a calm, slightly hazy feel. I was tossing up whether to get this one and I'm really glad I did. Turns out it does work perfectly with the rest of the rooms decor. I do think the photos online make it look slightly lighter than it is in real life, but honestly I still love it.
