• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

3. Shipping

• Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and exclude production time.
• We are not liable for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched.
• It is your responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for items that go missing after being marked as delivered by the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns.
• You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if your item:
  • is faulty or damaged,
  • does not match the description,
  • is not fit for purpose.
• Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Please retain all original packaging.
