About this piece
In Cooking, Dan Hobday paints abstract shapes and sweeping brush marks in earthy brown, sandy beige and charcoal. This brown abstract wall art pairs a dark, bowl-like shape at the upper left with broad rust-brown strokes across the right. A fine charcoal line curves through the open centre, while a dry-brushed black arc marks the lower left. The overall feel is warm and relaxed, with enough open space to keep the composition feeling light. It complements boho and minimalist interiors in a bedroom, living room or study. A simple styling idea is to soften the contrast with a bedside lamp that casts a warm, diffused glow. Centre the artwork above your bedhead, allowing a clear gap so its horizontal composition feels balanced with the bed below.

Hanging & care

- Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube, ready to frame.
Hang about 145 cm from the floor to the centre of the piece, or 15–25 cm above furniture. Keep out of direct sun and damp rooms where you can, and dust with a soft, dry cloth.

Gorgeous piece. Up close you can tell it's printed on canvas, but for what you're getting, it's pretty good.
Such beautiful art.
Love the painting and the framing. Fairly true to the website image. It is slightly more green-tonned than I was expecting however this doesnt show up in the photo. I ordered the largest option so right up close the quality is a little more blurred however still looks great and from a distance fantastic.

I was tossing up whether to get this one and I'm really glad I did. Turns out it does work perfectly with the rest of the rooms decor. I do think the photos online make it look slightly lighter than it is in real life, but honestly I still love it.
Couldn’t be happier with my artwork from the Wall Art Collective. They advised the order would take 9-12 business days to be delivered but I received it only 4 days later.
