Light II by Dan Hobday is an abstract piece with a calm, architectural feel, balancing bold black lines against soft, painterly sweeps of warm rust, chalky white and muted sage. The composition feels loose but intentional, with textured brushwork and layered marks that give it movement without making the room feel busy. There’s a lovely contrast between the earthy orange wall art tones through the centre and the gentle green wall art wash near the base, which keeps the whole piece grounded and easy to live with.

I was tossing up whether to get this one and I'm really glad I did. Turns out it does work perfectly with the rest of the rooms decor. I do think the photos online make it look slightly lighter than it is in real life, but honestly I still love it.
