If There Is an Issue With Your Order

If your artwork arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, is not as described, is lost in transit, or there has been an internal order processing error, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so our team can review it.

For faster assessment, we ask that requests be submitted within 30 days of delivery where possible. Because each artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or selecting the wrong options. Depending on the issue and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, the outcome may be a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
